Drawing on three decades worth of experience creating original art in a variety of mediums, Chrystine is now focused on art gourds. Dyes, paints, semiprecious stones and gold leaf are just some of the materials used in her designs.
Wood-burning, sculpting, carving and inlay are used to embellish her gourd bowls, lidded vessels and birds, all inspired by the shape and natural imperfections of the gourds themselves.
